Modular Homebuilder Expanding Service Area to Arizona

With Arizona’s growing demand for sustainable, modern homes, Utah-based modular homebuilder Irontown Homes is expanding its service area to The Grand Canyon State.

Irontown Homes will team with Arizona’s Element+Form to build green, custom modular homes throughout the Phoenix area.

“Modern Architecture has always had a home in Arizona. From past to present, local architects have created magnificent works that embody modern design and green building techniques,” said Element+Form owner Scott Osborn. “It’s the many Arizona architects today that work in modern design and Arizona’s drive to be on the forefront of green building standards that really set the stage for the modern Pre-Fab home.”

With the addition of Arizona, Irontown Homes now offers modular construction for eight different states in the Western U.S. By expanding to Arizona, Irontown Homes will be able to offer its homes to more buyers as demand for modern, custom and sustainable homes increases in Arizona.

“We’re looking forward to the opportunity to expand our service area into Arizona,” said Kam Valgardson, Irontown Homes Business Development Manager. “We feel like we have a lot to offer when it comes to working in Arizona.”

Irontown Homes has been building modular homes for more than 25 years and works closely with builders and architects throughout the country to create completely custom modular homes. Irontown Homes builds each home in its climate-controlled Spanish Fork, Utah factory before shipping the homes in modules to the home site. The modules are then craned into place and the home can be completed in just a few weeks.

Element Form will help facilitate modular construction in Arizona by working with local architects and Irontown Homes to help homebuyers through the entire modular building process.

By building custom, high-quality homes designed and built to meet the homeowners’ needs, Irontown Homes is leading the way in modular home construction.

“In our search for a factory that would meet our standards as well as set the standard for custom prefab in Arizona, we did a lot of research and spoke with other cutting edge designers and builders who all recommended Irontown Homes,” Osborn said. “We are very excited to partner with Irontown Homes to bring modern Pre-Fab to Arizona.”

Each home Irontown Homes builds meets and exceeds the highest standards of engineering and quality. With a focus on durability, sustainability for the life of the home and a faster construction process, the appeal of modular construction continues to rise in Arizona and throughout the country.

Irontown Homes also builds modular homes in California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
