Hi! We are Eliza + Andrew!
We met on the film sets of Hollywood — literally. Back then, we were both working in the movie industry, collaborating with A-list actors, chasing impossible deadlines, and somehow keeping the chaos under control. We lived right in the heart of LA, and our life was as fast-paced, creative, and unpredictable as the films we worked on.

Then we bought our first home. We’d saved for years, ready to make it something special… and got a crash course in how brutal renovations can be. Contractors took our money and disappeared. Budgets went sideways. Timelines dragged. And we realised something that surprised us: for all the money people spend on their homes, there’s almost no one truly protecting the homeowner.

That lit a fire. We started renovating for ourselves, then for friends and family, and before long we were property investors with a side reputation for getting the job done — on time, on budget, no drama. We both went back to school — Eliza in architecture and design, Andrew in construction project management along with his masters in quantity surveying— so we could back up our real-world experience with serious technical expertise.

Now we bring that same mix of creativity, precision, and no nonsense clarity to every project. We’re direct because your money, your time, and your vision are serious. But we also make the process fun, because turning a house into a home should be exciting. Whether it’s a smart, sustainable remodel or a complete transformation, we keep it honest, keep it moving, and keep it exactly the way you imagined.

    I’m Eliza, and my job is to make sure your home not only looks beautiful but feels completely “you.” I’ve spent over 10 years working on luxury residential projects in London, Los Angeles, and across the US, blending my background in architecture and interiors with a love for creating spaces people actually enjoy living in. I’m here to listen, guide, and bring your ideas to life while making the process smooth, inspiring, and personal from start to finish.
