Eliza Kent
Eliza is a project manager with a foundation in architecture and interior design, bringing a design-conscious, detail-driven approach to every stage of residential construction. Early in her career, she trained under internationally renowned architect Lewin Wertheimer in Los Angeles, contributing to projects featured in Architectural Digest, Interiors, and California Homes. This experience sharpened her ability to balance creative vision with construction realities in high-end residential design.
In addition to her design background, Eliza brings financial insight from her previous work as a residential real estate investment specialist with the #1 real estate team in Atlanta, Anna K Intown. This dual perspective makes her especially strong in value engineering and aligning design ambition with budget discipline.
Her project experience spans heritage refurbishments, coastal homes with strict environmental controls, and mountain properties requiring complex structural solutions. This diversity has given her a strong grasp of how site conditions, planning regulations, and climate impact both design and delivery. Based in West London, Eliza is known for her collaborative mindset, sharp problem-solving, and ability to bring creative intent to life through practical execution.
