We act as the single point of contact from initial brief through to turnkey handover, ensuring clear communication, programme control, and delivery to the highest standards.

Our Process

1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a confidential consultation to understand the scope and objectives of your project. Whether you are refurbishing a newly acquired property, reconfiguring a long-term residence, or undertaking a high-value development, we work with you to align on programme, budget, design intent, and level of involvement.

2. Pre-Construction Strategy
We define a tailored delivery framework, including project brief refinement, early-stage feasibility reviews, and alignment with any existing consultants or client-side advisors. We assess planning constraints, procurement routes, and key risks to ensure the project is positioned for success from the outset.

3. Design & Consultant Coordination
We lead the coordination of design and technical teams, whether appointed by the client or recommended by us. This includes ensuring scope clarity, drawing reviews, integration of architectural, interior, and MEP elements, and tracking design progress against programme and cost benchmarks.

4. Project Mobilisation
We manage contractor selection and tendering, appointment of consultants, and development of the construction programme. During mobilisation, we oversee contract administration setup, site logistics planning, and early procurement to avoid delays and safeguard quality.

5. Construction Phase Oversight
Acting as your dedicated Project Manager, we oversee the entire construction phase. Our role includes programme management, cost monitoring, variation control, and quality assurance. We chair site meetings, ensure compliance with contract obligations, and act as the main liaison between the site team and client stakeholders.

6. Completion & Handover
In the final stage, we coordinate snagging, manage inspections, and ensure all O&M documentation and final accounts are completed. We deliver a seamless handover, ensuring the property is ready for immediate occupancy to the highest standard, with post-completion support as needed.
