3. Design & Consultant Coordination
If your team already includes architects or interior designers, we collaborate with them to align design intent with practical delivery.

4. Cost Planning & Procurement
We prepare detailed cost plans, procurement strategies, and tender documentation. Our Quantity Surveying services include
value engineering, contractor negotiations, and contract preparation, ensuring cost transparency and risk mitigation from the outset.

5. Construction Phase Management
As Project Managers, we oversee the build phase. We coordinate contractors, managing timelines, monitoring budget compliance,
and resolving site issues. We ensure works are executed to the highest standard, in line with all contractual and regulatory obligations.

6. Final Accounts & Handover
At completion, we manage snagging, quality checks, and prepare final accounts. We ensure a smooth transition to handover,
leaving you with a finished project that meets your expectations in both performance and presentation.
