Before we were in construction, we worked in Hollywood, California, managing projects for high-profile clients where discretion, trust, and flawless delivery were non-negotiable. We learned how to protect people’s time, their privacy, and their vision no matter the pressure.

After 7 years of saving…we bought our first home in Los Angeles. A huge milestone and achievement!

We thought we were prepared. We weren’t.
Contractors took deposits and didn’t show. Designers pushed their portfolios instead of listening to what we wanted. Budgets ballooned. Timelines broke. Every day felt like a battle to keep the dream alive.

We figured it out, but only through hard lessons, late nights, and learning what no one tells you before you start a build.

When it was finally done, something unexpected happened. Friends began calling. Family too. They would ask, “Can you help us?” They wanted the peace of mind we had fought to create for ourselves — a single point of contact who could protect their time, their money, and their vision.

Every time we stepped in, the stress melted away for them. They could breathe again. And they would say, “I could never have done this without you.”

That’s when we knew this was not just a skill. This was our calling.We went all in.

Eliza studied architecture with a focus on eco and period design from mid-century modern to Victorian, blending a love of history with a sharp eye for detail. She trained at Lewin Wertheimer Architects in Los Angeles, designing luxury coastal homes with seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Andrew worked in Real Estate + Development and he earned his Master’s in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying. He masters logistics, cost control, and manages complex builds from start to finish.
